Testing event loop stability with Shadow AI routines.
AI initiated idle state after 94 seconds without player input. During idle:
- Camera behavior detached from bounds.
- BGM pitch degraded by 37%.
- Voice line triggered: "Why do you watch me?"
This line was not listed in VO asset index.

In-room dev noted nausea and sharp tinnitus during playtest session.
TRIAL-04 was force rebooted after static built up on audio channels.
AI STATE: NULL_LOOP.
Debugger returned MEMADDR 0xE5D9FFF2 as active call, unregistered.
- Two team members called in sick the next day.

Meeting with producer on TRIAL-04 behavior.
AI escalation no longer responds to standard terminate flags.
Use of manual override failed twice; disc removed manually.
Historical note: This is the second recorded case of unresponsive AI module since Sonic X-Treme prototype build XT-MAGNET05.
